3D Pyramid fold **** Cut 5 equal squares

Cut pyramid sides *** Use 4 of the squares for sides. Find the midpoint at the top and draw lines from the 2 bottom corners up to the midpoint.Cut out. Important: Remember which is the "base" it will be the same as the sides of the square.

Tape the 1st two *** Using good tape, join two sides leaving a slight gap.

Triange base *** Make sure you know which is the base of the triange. It will be the same size as the sides of the square. The two other sides will be longer. Tape the longer sides of the triangle to make the sides of the pyramid.

Tape the othe two sides *** together leaving gaps a little bit larger with each side. This is so the pages will fold up.

Tape the last side *** to the square base. You are taping the base of the triange to a side of the square. They should match.

This is what it should look like. *** Now to fold up start with the triangle furthest from the square and fold on top of the next one. Then fold those two over the 3rd, and that over the 4th. Flop the folded pyamid sides on top of the square. Done.
All folded up *** It is important to leave to gaps between each side so it will all ford up. Both sides of the triangles can be used for glueing on folds and graphics. Unfolded into a Pyramid. *** To hold it together you can use ties or velcro for display. You could also tape on another base square for a cover, it would encase the triangles between the two squares.
Alternate *** taping pattern. Tape all 4 triangle bases to sides of square. Punch holes in peaks to attach string to tie together for display.
